Orbit Automation provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Missed call text-back and SMS automation systems
  • Lead capture and CRM pipeline setup
  • Online booking integrations
  • Chat widget setup
  • Website development (optional add-on)
  • Ongoing system maintenance and support

Specific services will be outlined in a separate written agreement for each client.

03 AI Tools — Limitations and Disclaimers

Orbit Automation offers AI-powered tools including automated call handling, AI-generated transcripts, and SMS automation. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI systems may contain errors, misunderstandings, or inaccuracies in call handling or transcription.
  • AI tools are not a substitute for professional advice, whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.
  • Human review of AI-generated outputs is recommended for sensitive, high-stakes, or complex interactions.
  • Response times may vary depending on network conditions, call volume, and third-party service availability.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-assisted tools complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any disclosure requirements for automated calling systems.

04 No Guarantees

Orbit Automation does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, lead volume, or financial outcomes.

While our services are designed to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement, results depend on multiple factors outside our control. Any results referenced on our website represent individual client experiences and are not typical.

05 SMS Communications

Where SMS automation services are deployed, the following terms apply:

  • SMS messages will only be sent to recipients who have provided prior express consent.
  • Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
  • Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their SMS campaigns comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-level equivalents.

06 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner during onboarding
  • Maintain active payment methods for ongoing services
  • Use provided systems in compliance with applicable laws
  • Ensure proper consent is collected before deploying SMS or AI call automation to their customers

Delays in communication or access may affect project timelines.

07 Payment Terms

Fees for services, including setup fees and recurring monthly charges, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

08 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their business content and branding.
  • Orbit Automation retains ownership of proprietary systems, automation frameworks, and internal tools used to deliver services.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive rights to use the delivered website and service assets as outlined in their agreement.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Automation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated call transcripts or automated responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.

10 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Payment processors
  • Hosting providers
  • Scheduling tools
  • SMS providers
  • AI transcription and call-processing services

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these terms
  • Illegal or abusive use of our systems

Clients may terminate services according to the terms outlined in their signed agreement.

12 Changes to Terms

Orbit Automation reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
